About Visitor Management Ltd

VMEasy has been developed by Visitor Management Ltd, a company founded by Malcolm Humphreys in 2001. After a long career as a technical printing solutions salesman, Malcolm recognised the need to update the pen and paper registers found on the reception desk of many of his customers.

Malcolm began developing his first visitor management system VMLite and launched it in August 2001. Within the first year, he had installed his system into big name venues such as the Tate Modern Gallery in London.

Since 2001, Visitor Management Ltd has grown and evolved with the needs of the customers it serves. Over 2,000 customers now welcome their staff and visitors professionally and securely with a VMEasy system. Visitor Management Ltd now boasts a team of staff and we are proud to say that many of the companies that chose VMLite back in 2001 are still working with us today.

Visitor Management Ltd now offers several visitor management systems to suit organisations from SME’s and schools through to large corporations. With a dedicated in house team of developers Visitor Management Ltd can offer customised systems that suit the needs of the customer as well as offer first class technical support.

The company has also diversified into access control systems, ID card production, consumables and even bespoke printed lanyards becoming a one-stop shop for all of your visitor management needs.

With the introduction of the new GDPR regulations and a heightened sense of information security, it is the ideal time to replace the old pen and paper visitor log book with a secure cloud based digital system from Visitor Management Ltd.
